Snapdeal not providing invoice for Dell keyboard

Earlier this year I have purchased a wireless dell keyboard and mouse combo online from Snapdeal. After few months it stopped working. So, I contacted dell care for warranty recovery with the invoice provided by snapdeal at the time of the purchase but dell representative refused to give warranty recovery to my product as it does not have any company’s logo or seller’s stamp and they told me to go to the snapdeal and ask them for an authentic stamped invoice so that warranty could be recovered.
As per they asked, I called (on someday two weeks before) snapdeal and told the whole story and they promised me to mail desired invoice in 48 hrs but after 3 days there were no such mail from them so I called (on someday last week) them again then they apologised and promised again to wait 24 hrs but they did not mailed me again and this gone for one more time which was on monday 14-nov-2016, 11:40 A. M. (after the conversation they provided me a second complaint extention which I’ll metion below) and after that I realised that they are not co-operating and kept sending me the same invoice (which they have provided me at the time of purchase) again and again rather than fulfiling their promise of providing stamped invoice for my product which I needed to recover warranty from dell.
With each passing day the chance of warranty recovey for my product is getting less as it will expire in jan 2017.
So i request you to please intervene as quickly as possible and make this resolved.
