I bought Canon IXUS 160 Camera(delivered on 26th Oct,2015) from snapdeal and they send me a defective product. So,I made a refund request on 29th Oct. Next day, they called me and told me to go to the canon service centre and made a repair, then provide the jobsheet , then only they can refund.

Snapdeal gives 7 days easy return/ replacement guarantee. I requested within 4 days but they are not refunding. I need some action against this.
