I ordered a Dell Inspiron 3148 laptop from Snapdeal and ever since it has been giving me problems (wouldn’t start, touch wouldn’t work, speakers wouldn’t work). I put in a refund order the very same day and since then have been waiting for them to take some strong action.

They asked me to get a jobsheet from Dell and Dell refused to do that. And since the time i informed them about this there has been no action from their side.
