Snapdeal not replacing defective mobile

I purchased a mobile from snapdeal they senT a defective mobile and when i asked for replacement they told repick up is not possible. so personally posted the product by packing it but they gave insufficient address to me and the product was not delivered neither it reached me its in midway. snapdeal neither refund phone charges nor posting charges they customer care executive was more concerned in closing the case.

    I am registered customer of snapdeal and they dont have my number .i find it funny the way snapdeal team is talking, but i am not intersted in dealing with snapdeal anymore . I request them to return my money along with snapdeal cash if they can do so.
