I request to snapdeal for replacement my shoes because the product was defective and duplicate so I want to replacement, but snapdeal doesn’t give any replacement. whenever I call to snapdeal they told that we will arrange reverse pickup of your product for replacement, but another day I have received a mail that your reverse pickup canceled,and said u canceled it.then I call to snapdeal they said courier department has given that status, but courier department didn’t call to me and didn’t given any msg. this all happened till 15 days.I want to say that please take any suitable action about this. thank you.
