Had a terrible experience with snapdeal as i have been waiting for resolution of my faulty battery which i hv purchased from snapdeal under 1 year warranty which got already replaced once. Inspite of several reminders i did not got a call or respone. Is this is a kind of service what we expect from snapdeal? I have purchased my laptop battery 4d Acer Aspire As07b31 6 Cell Laptop Battery under 1 year warranty from snapdeal per order no 6440249299 sub order no. 8951410314 in May 2015 and the same got replaced once after its purchase in June’15 and in the month of Jan’16 battery was not able to charge and again spoke to the snapdeal team for the replacement since it was under warranty and they told me to contact the provider of the battery directly which is Dynamic Solition. these guys simply refused to do anything and when i told snapdeal anout the same they have shared with me the acer service centre address in gurgaon to contact them for the replacement of battery. when I went ther there was no such centre exist and now I am totally pissed off with the kind of support from snapdeal as they are not able to resolve my query or replace my product from last three months.

I have purchased a product under warranty (1year) from snapdeal and not able to get it repaired ir replaced. I want my money back from snapdeal please help and these companies like snapdeal should be banned forever.
