I recently purchased a canon dslr from snapdeal it has issues with foucs point they were not getting displayed on the focus screen. after contacting snapdeal they told me to wait for 48 hours and i will hear a response from them but i never got any response from them. so i called them back and told them the issue i was surprised to know that they are asking me to go to service center and get some job sheet from there then only they can refund. also told me to contact canon my question is what does canon have to do then i posted the complaint after 10 min when i received the product what kind of return policy is that. after contacting canon they told me some steps to try for fixing it but it didnt also they told me they dont have service in my area finally they requested me to return it if they have 7 days return policy because it was purchased from snapdeal so it had to be returned by them. i called snapdeal again told them to send a technician at my place as they send at other places but they told they dont have service at our area and nothing could be done about it so i request you to resolve this issue and charge them for selling defective items Thank You.
