Snapdeal not replacing poor quality product

Placed online order of Product Netseller Green Eagle Roti Maker in name of Mahek Sheikh. Order number 12156356065 on 5/03/2016. Recieved order on 10/03/2016 but I was not satisfied with product so I have asked to refund money back and completed return procedure on very same day 10/03/2016 reference number 20654620. But yet the product is not picked up so I called on there consumer number but still they didn’t took any steps to collect the item and refund of the money. Now I received mail from them saying item cannot be returned because of delay of return but it was totally there fault because I have completed procedure on very same day. So I need full refund of my money amount of Rs. 1074. It is felt that I have been cheated and taken for a ride by the company and seeing no further avenues has been compelled to take the matter to your Honourable Court/Forum for due justice.
