I ordered a bag on snapdeal on 20/01/2016 using a coupon code….using the same email Id. After sometime a msg came to me that my order is cancelled due to some technical issues.
I agree that sometimes order do get cancelled but atleast I should get back my coupon code back so that I may use it for buying any other product.
I talked to the customer care of snapdeal that person accepted that it’s the mistake of snapdeal and apologized for that but said that he couldn’t do anything. Now what does that mean it’s snapdeal’s mistake that they cancelled my order. I was not the one to cancel it. snapdeal should be reactivating my coupon code or give me a different coupon code of same value.
How could you snapdeal people make other people suffer for your technical mistakes.
