Snapdeal not taking returns and not refunding money

I ordered a product ( jbn creation creation beige cotton blend lehenga choli set) from snapdeal on 17th July . After i recieved i gave return order as the product mismatched the description (color) . so i placed return order for refund . after someday i reciecved mail they will collect after days . i got the same mail three times from snapdeal postponding the date they will collect from me . today is the last date as per there mail send to me . last mail says by 9th Aug they will come and collect the product which i had to return . please don not cheat customers . Snapdeal is cheating each time as they have not contacted me related to this refund problem .
