Snapdeal refusing refund for return product

I had purchased a product from snapdeal and due to size issue I had returned the product the pickup boy checked the item properly and gave me a signed receipt and it is clearly writing that kindly ensure the product is verified and packed by our executive at the time of handover but now they are rejecting the product in quality check and giving me fake reasons that the product is used one & scratched but how is it possible because their pickup boy had checked the product properly and picked up. I have also placed return mode on the same day of delivery. They are just giving me fake reasons so that they don’t have to return the money.

    I need my problem to be solved as soon as possible. As the product i have reversed was in perfect condition so the reason you have given was not correct.
