I have a reliance dth connection with smart card No.200839135569 since last 4 Years. on 30/06/2017 an amount of Rs.2500 paid by net banking for the renewal annual subscription of the existing south indian channels (Particularly malayalam Channels)But from 10/07/2017, some malayalam channels like, Asianet, Asianet Plus, Surya, Surya Movies etc are not received. When I Try to receving this channels a message “ERROR 200 Unsubscribed channel” shown in the TV. I tried several times (atleast 150times) to contact the CSC No 1800-200-9001 But I was unable to speak the contact center executive till date and a recorded message due to technical issues the could not create a connection to the contact center. Hence I request that necessary action may kindly be taken either to receive the channels without interruption or to refund the amount so paid with interest and compensation. Yours sincerely
