Sony Bravia LED Replacement Issue

I have purchased Sony Bravia LED Televesion, Model No 32 Ex 330 from Aditya Vision, Patna on 12/08/2012. Last month suddenly the image of TV got blurred and the color was also gone. I complained about it on Sony Customer Care number – 18001037799 on 17th Aug’15 (Complaint Number – 027046882) & the technician from Sony Service centre visited on 19th Aug. Technician confirmed that the LED has become faulty and needs to be replaced and will cost around Rs.12,000. I confirmed for the replacement on which he told me that it will take approx 10 days as the LED part is currently not available. Still i said ok, and told him to replace it on priority.

On 2nd Sept’15, i called on the Sony Call Centre for checking the status of my complaint and was shocked to know that nothing has happened on my complaint as they needed my confirmation again for the replacement of the part. Again i asked them to go ahead with the replacement and i was also assured for call back from the service centre. I recieved no complaint and then again on 5th Sept’15 i called on the Sony Call Centre for checking the status of my complaint. Surprisingly again the same story was repeated and i was told that i had not given my consent for replacement of the part. I again gave the consent and i was assured for call back from the service centre within 1 hr. I never recieved any call from the service centre. Today again i called on the Sony Customer Care and the same story was repeated again. Till date i havent received any call from the service centre and neither the faulty part has been replaced. My TV is still not functional.

Sir, i am now very much frustated and has never expected such poor service from reputed company like Sony. Despite of so many follow ups and phone calls i am not getting the service. On first day itself i had confirmed for the replacement and was ready to pay for the faulty part but still its not done and neither i have any tentative time line for the resolution of my issue.

Request you to take some serious action against Sony company for showing such insensitive approach towards the customer.
