We have purchased 49 inc sony bravia led on may-2017, on jun2017 with in a months issue occurred, i have log a complaint on 15 jun 2017 for replacement of TV. now it is 4jul2017 nearly 20 days has passed but i haven’t got any solution. Every day i am calling customer care number and ever day I am getting same response that wait for 2-3 days more.

I am very sorry as sony don’t have proper escalation matrix.
