I am not sure this will solve my issue, as experienced in these days, My sony tv model no KDL-55W950B In5, serial no was 3261751, Mrp 180000/- was giving 3 RED Led blink as per the representative of sony, motherboard was faulty and tv is under warranty. after several followup, I got a call back from representative that we are giving you the replacement with new TV with 55X8200 without any other option. I thought sony is upgrading the model then it must have upgraded and would have all of the features as he has not given any choice like 9500 or other model. but when engineers came to my home for installation for the same, I asked for the features but he denied and said we are installation engineer if you dont want this tv then contact with our management. then i called up customer care to take this back and give me other option. he said my complaint is register with them already and they are working on it. Then i asked engineer to take this tv with them as there is no use of it. they also said it will be done by backend team only. then i have given the remarks on the installation sheet. Then i had words with Mr Sxxxxl for the same. he said he had words with upper management and they are saying tv unit is opened now and they cant take this hit.

first of all replacement is always with same model and higher model( same MRP or higher MRP). I have paid premium for product, brand, quality and services but sorry to say no service/quality/ reply/product.

looking for the immediate replacement.
