I have purchased sony bravia model no.482RB in Jan 2015. Since last 1 month there is problem in display.
I have set it to service center for 1week (13-17july) but after coming back from the service center it’s condition has worsened.
Now i ask sony support to replace my TV and registered complain in 19 July2015 complain number 026-564-811 but after that i am continuously communicating with sony care but yet not got any reply from there side ant everyday they reply me the same thing that it with management and take some more time but when i ask thet how much time they reply me we can’t commit how much time it will take.
Please look into this issue.
