I purchased a Sony mobile handset E3 in November 2014, under 1 year gurrenty and warranty. Recently my mobile not able to get charging, due to this problem I visited Sony service centre at shastri nagar delhi, but they refuse to repair or attend it under warranty.

As per staff of service station, Sony count 1 year warranty from the date of manufacturing instead of billing date.
So they refuse to accept handset for any diagnosis under any warranty, and it’s totally unrealistic, as per norms gurrenty and warranty applicable from the date of billing but they refuse for warranty periods. So please help me to avoid Un wanted expense of handset repair and try to provide me services under warranty.
