I purchased my Sony Experia Phone in Jan’14, the time i purchased my handset within a week i started facing problem with my phone. i get in touch with Sony Service centre & get it repair 3-4 times but issue still persists. In the past i asked for handset replacement but i didn’t get that…. It doesn’t make any sense to me in using the same handset & go to service centre so often, while travelling phone got switched off several times & than i have to wait for day & so.

So, i will really appreciate if you guys can replaced my handset & give me new handset, or else i will have to go to Consumer Forum & do the Complaint against Sony.
