SRS Travels not preponing tickets

This is in reference to our tickets booked on http://srsbooking.com. Due to the elections in Karnataka we want to pre-pone the 10 bus tickets booked from Mumbai to Hubli and return due to a family wedding which has been pre-poned from 13th May to 7th May due to the elections. But S.R.S. Travels is not allowing preponement of tickets but is asking for cancellation with 100% forfeiture of the total amount of approx. Rs. 23000. We would appreciate your kind gesture in the prompt resolution of this complaint.

Refund from Air Asia – Rs. 2,660/- : Mr. Ramachandra Prabu of Chennai booked an Itinerary RICJGH on Air Asia airlines. The transaction failed during first time and the amount (Rs.2660) got deducted from my ICICI bank account. He raised a complaint with the airlines but got no response.
