Supercash not added to Mobikwik wallet

Did not add Supercash money in wallet. Value: 300. I had done recharge of 399. As there was offer of supercash, I was expecting supercash money will be added to my wallet but it didnt. I have raised the concern to Mobikwik multiple times but no resolution. Ticket opened by me raising the issue was closed by them without resolution.
