Syska not replacing defective LED bulb

I have purchased two 18 watts LED bulbs from SYSKA through Flipcart. One of the bulbs fused very soon and I lodged a complaint ( No.EC160822943)on 22/082016. SYSKA collected both the bulbs from me on 27/08/2016 through Dot Zot courrier, which was delivered to SYSKA’s Pune office on 29/08/2016. After long persuation over mobile phone and through e-mail I got only one bulb on 10/11/2016 and the incident was reported to SYSKA on the same day i.e., on 10/11/2016 through e-mail. Since then, despite of so many phone calls and e-mails they are not responding and not yet sent the 2nd bulb. Please look into the matter and do the needful on an urgent basis to end my agony and loss. I ssek justice through you
