Complaint against Reliance General Insurance / Medi Assist India TPA – Rs.32,643/-:
Prashant Moda of Delhi (Email: modapkbl(at)rediffmail.com), had submitted his mediclaim bill with Medi Assist India, TPA of Reliance General Insurance in June 2009. The claim was not settled till January 2010 when he posted the complaint with ICF and ICF took up the complaint with Reliance/Mediassist. His claim was finally settled on 13-05-2010 for Rs.32.643.

Refund from Hitplay: Piyushi Gupta (piyushigupta9[at]gmail.com) of Manesar, Gurgaon, Haryana had ordered a citrus spritzer-home on 15/05/2013. However, the product did not give the desired service as mentioned on the website. The customer had repeately sent e-mails and was assured that they would arrange for reverse pick-up and refund. Mr. Jaikesh Sudheer of Bangalore (princejake(at)gmail.com) had tried to book a ticket from Dubai to Bangalore on 11-03-2010. The payment was from his ICICI bank account but no ticket was issued by MakeMyTrip. Inspite of his various calls to the cutomer care he neither received the ticket nor the refund.
