I raised one complaint on January 2015 with tata aia. But now running August 2015 still they can’t able to give solution on my complaint.When I asked them for status and update of my complaint.The customercare team arranged call from complaint team(Yxxxxxn). Then complaint team took conference another team (complaiance and legal team- Axxxy Sxxxa).Then the both team members treated me very bad. They both told that why we need to give update yoou “you are collector”, why you distrubt us. We can’t so anything, go wherever you want..just words they used with me..this is just same..we talked almost 45 minutes.please guess howm uch they told me like this

Please take action against TATA AIA life insurance.
