It started a week or two back that my internet had stopped working and so i had called the customer care to fix this issue. They gave me a fix and promised the my 3g would work soon after. But to my regret these were all false promises and my internet was still not working, and so i decided to call the customer care again to ask for a fix. they mentioned i had to do the same process yet again and when said i had already tried that and now i would like to raise a complaint regarding the same they just refused to, and cut the call on me. This is really not about the money i lost on this 3g recharge but more cause of the name of the great man their actions are starting to taint, as jamsetji tata famously said “In a free enterprise the community is just not another stakeholder in the business, but is in fact the very purpose of its existence”. Please don’t tarnish that great mans name and do be more open to service your customers. Its been a week and i still don’t have internet.
