I am using tata docomo mobile pre-paid number from last four years. And suddenly I received a message on 7th Sept, 2015 saying please carry oroginal documents. And as I was out of station on 26th September, 2015 I went to tata brand store (Pimple Soudhaghar) and shown my original documents and sumbitted photo copies also. But now when I called customer service why still number is activated they are simply saying for activating this number I have to convert this number with POST paid connection. As I am using this number from last 4 years and I made it as my personal contact number for most of my transactions.
It stopped doing my banking trancations and created lot many problems that I can’t explain here in one or two pages.
As it is very urgent, please take appropriate action activate my mobile number ASAP. And also please give proper reason and policy of disconnecting this with 10 day’s.
