We have already raised disconnect request around February months back and suddenly i am getting bill of JULY.
This is very embarrassing and disappointing that your databases and request handling is so outdated.

I would also not comment on history of this disconnection process and would suggest they go and check their self.
I have proof of sending you mails of disconnection request if required i can submit.

We have raised issue with tata docomo but got no response. We have raised this issue to communication minister on twitter.

Tata docomo forcing then to pay bills by delaying the disconnection request. I have also found similar issues with other consumers online. Please help.
