Applied for porting from tata docomo to jio and received mnp and submitted documents at jio outlet on 21st november and waited for 7 working days later came to know that docomo is not releasing (donor rejection). This is happening for me second time as last month tried the same thing and got rejected. When called customer care of Tata Docomo said that they have not received any application which is not true.(As after mnp geneartion thy never contacted me) This is what they do to forcibly trying to keep the customer by doing donor rejection. And also after this i was not able to call customer care as my number was blocked.
