I have been sent a legal notice by Tata docomo for a non payment of Rs. 2040. I had requested the deactivation of my account No. 9xxxxxx6. But the company has deliberately not stopped my services and harassing me by making calls, sending mails and even sending legal notice. This is completely company’s fault for not stopping my services for continuing my services even after the no. has not been in use for the past 9 months. and complete dues being cleared and a request for deactivation being made.
please tell me what can be done about this?
