Bill contains Rs.403 charged as Value Added Service (Voice Portal). No such usage has been made and inspite of multiple complaints (even to Appellate –, they are neither providing logs and time stamps of usage of these value added services, nor more details on what in voice portal have been accessed (server logs). This has happened second time, and they accepted their mistake in billing last time and even corrected the bill by removing false charge. This time, they are not accepting their mistake and not making reversal. Please help with this dispute.
