I made the big mistake of my life by subscribing for the 4K DTH service. My service is in-operational since 9th of Feb with the technician visiting my home on 10th of Feb. I was initially told that the current 4K box is broken and they will replace the box with new one which will be available in next 2 days. It has been 7 days now and I don’t see any sign of replacement. I don’t even see any courtesy from the team to inform me of the ETA. Every time I call the person who visited my home he says the box is not available. I am surprised by the fact that the 4K box is not available in stock. why are they selling the services when they don’t have even one box in reserved stock. I am also mesmerized by the fact that the company with Tata’s legacy name behind it has no sustainability to maintain the stock of even one box in reserve. I am in soup since I paid for the whole year subscription in full and no service for the last 7 days.
