From last more than 5 weeks we are not able to view the channels. Everyday I used to call the customer care with minimum 10 minutes waiting time. In response they says that issue will be resolved within 4 hours on top priority. Call cost every waiting minutes is Rs 1/-. Every day I call and frustrated with false commitment. I can’t understand if I need to follow every day like this. Our family, kids and parents are in trouble from last 5 weeks without any reason. Its really frustrating and unbearable. I can’t have good time at home after office. My wife and kids seems to be dull as there are no entertainment. Who is going to pay for all this trouble. I need to take action on such services of leading company TATA SKY with proper compensation for making fools everyday from last 5 weeks continues and making my family in trouble.
