I am a customer of TATA SKY. I have been not receiving all the channels as per the package. Furnished complained against this to the customer care with all the evidence but even though they are convinced, not ready to solve the issue. They just washed their hands apologizing that the web site has not been updated. I did my recharge as per the details and information displayed on the website (My account page). Even now all the informations are existing what was at the time of recharge.

Believe that this is a clear case of cheating and I do not know where to lodge complaint further since I believe that my grievance was not properly addressed by the service provider.
