I have a Tata Sky HD DTH connection No.1006132003 for the
past 8 yrs. Now all of a sudden there is some sort of upgradation in progress. We have been asked to give a missed call on 08899888998. After a missed call was made by me , a Work order No.1504023714900. was allotted on April 02/04/2015 and I was assured that very soon a technician will be visiting me to set things right. As on date there has been no sign of the technician only several SMS thanking me for my patience?. As on date the distorted signals continue and watching Tv has become a frustrating experience. So Tata Sky from once being a reputed DTH provider has become a third class provider fooling all the customers with their antics.Quite a few of our neighbours have now opted for a change. I think this is is the only way out.
