Tatasky is unable to provide engineers support and services

Since from three months I am requesting Tatasky to provide me engineer to correct the range problem as I am not able to see all the channels for which I am paying every month. When I contacted customer support then they are saying that the area where I am having Tatasky is under the influence of Local Area Cable Operators hence there engineer can not assist. Does it means that consumer need to purchase Tatasky after the survey of area???

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
