TataSky showing wrong subscriber ID and taking recharge

On 29th September 2015 an error message was flashed by TataSky saying your subscriber ID is 1148440355 and the balance is zero and the account will be deactivated today unless recharged. I hurriedly recharged with Rs.500 using mobile app Recharge It Now but my wife later told me that our TataSky subscribed ID was 1000254946 and that we have paid upto March 2016. I called up the TataSky number and told them what had happened. The person on the line changed the display to my original subscriber ID and apologised for the “technical fault” which caused wrong message. I asked him to refund of Rs.500. He told me to send email along with receipt and bank statement since I had done recharge using internet banking. I wrote a detailed email on that very day i.e. 29.09.2015 attaching receipt and bank statement. I called them on the same day at 16.20 hrs and told them I had sent required documents but was told that the receipt was not received which was hard to believe. Anyway I sent the receipt again. I sent a reminder again on 03.10.2015. I got a reply saying my service request number is KG7NEF6 and somebody will get in touch with me. Nobody got in touch with me and I again emailed them my frustrations to which they emailed me on 06.10.2015 they were unable to trace my transaction of 13.07.2015. Now I do not know where from they got this date when I am referring to transaction made on 29.10.2015 of which I had not only given receipt but also the bank statement where it clearly shows debit. TataSky simply generated a new service request KII1IR4 stating somebody will get in touch with me. Nobody got in touch with me till this day. I kept reminding on subsequent days but they simply kept generating newer service request numbers like KLFW2D8 and KMXMGIG without any follow up. I am not sure if the practice of flashing wrong 0 balance message was really a technical fault or a regular practice of vested interests of the staffers. Also when I have given clear date of transaction 29 sept 2015 along with receipt and bank statement why are they referring to another date 13.07.2015 which I had never referred to. Is it a delaying tactic? I think TataSky has access to all subscriber accounts and they can clearly see the evidence of Rs. 500 credit and how it has got there in the wrong sub ID they flashed on my screen but they are still saying they are not able to trace the transaction!!!
