Technical problem in Ideacelullar website results loss of Rs.949 3g data

I have recharged my idea mob. no. 7049339478 by Rs 949 3g plan through login in idea cellular own website at around 6:25 pm today, dt. 07-11-14. After the deduction of the amount from my bank account, I have chacked the recharge history from the same website, where the recharge details not shown even after a time of % to 10 minutes of the transaction. Then I have again recharge my mob. no. by Rs. 159 3g plan at around 6:35 pm on the same day considering the previous recharge of Rs. 949 is not done successfully. Again the same things occured. Then I called Idea customer care “198” by my mobile no. Then a Idea Customer care executive informed me that both the Recharge of Rs. 949 and Rs. 159 done successfully but I will not be able to get the Rs. 949 recharge benefit as it is lapsed due to the 2nd recharge of Rs. 159. Till now (9:15 pm-Dt. 11-07-14) the idea web site not showing the recharge details in recharge history page. For this reason due to not providing the right information in the idea cellular website the 2nd recharge of Rs. 159 is done by me considering the previous recharge of Rs. 949 is not done successfully. Please assist me the way to get the Rs. 949 recharge benefit back in my mob. no.
