Tellifone wallet not showing correct balance

I am having an account in tellifone.com website. I was having more than Rs.2,000/- in that wallet. But, by checking my wallet balance it is showing as Rs.0/- for the past two weeks. Kindly solve this issue soon. I used my google account to login.

I already contacted (29.3.18) the customer support team using care[@[zapwallet.in But, didn’t receive any reply till now(7.4.18)
