Complaint against Flipkart – Rs.27,290/- : Mr. Partha Pratim Mandal, of 24-Parganas, Kolkata, West Bengal ordered one intel i7 4790k processor of order id-OD405530587719302000 on 20th march,2016 at flipkart of rupees 27,290/-. When he opened the package upon delivery he found the seal was broken and the the processor was missing. There was only a used fan in the box. He lodged several complaints with flipkart for refund but without any success of refund. He posted his complaint with ICF on 30-03-2016 and the matter was taken up with Flipkart and the Seller. After follow-ups the customer got his refund by 03-05-2016.
