Complaint against Syberplace for refund – Rs.53,499/- : Prashant Katke of Andheri West, Mumbai 400053 ordered for an apple iPhone 6s 64 gb grey colour with SyberPlace online website on 14th Feb 2016. Order No – 100058083. He was promised shipping in 7-13 business days. But even after 13 business the product was not delivered. Even after repeatedly contacting them they were simply giving false assurances. Therefore the customer cancelled the order on 29th Feb 2016. However, he did not get refund and the company was extending the dates. Mr. Katke posted his complaint with ICF on 10-03-2016. The matter was taken up with the parties concerned and after further follow-ups the customer got refund by 20 March.
