Complaint regarding Dell laptop replacement – Rs.84,000/- : Mr. Vinod Devasia of Mangalore 575003 ordered for a Dell laptop under the impression that it had touch-screen. However, after receiving the product he found that the laptop does not come with touch screen. The customer immediately contacted Dell and Compuindia but they refused replacement. Mr. Vinod Devasia posted his complaint with ICF on 24-03-2016 and the matter was taken up with Dell and Compuindia. Finally after a legal notice and further follow-up, Mr. Devasia got replacement laptop by paying difference amount.
