Sainath Akula, Parkcrest Cir, VA (Email: sainath.a(at)gmail.com) purchased travel tickets from www.makemytrip.com for self and family. After the transaction he noticed additional fee of $70.50 as Foreign Transactional fee in credit card statement which was never disclosed by the agent. He raised complaint and sent and email via MMT’s website but there was no response. Mr. Akula posted his complaint with ICF on 23-11-2012 and the matter was taken up with MMT who finally refunded the money to Mr. Akula on or about 27-11-2012.
