Refund against charges in excess of MRP – Rs.226/-: Mr. M Navaz of Mangalore, Karnataka (Email: mubeennavaz[@]gmail.com) had ordered 1Kg Pigeon Baby Laundry Detergent Powder through Amazon.in on 26-10-2014 alongwith other items vide Amazon.in Order no. 402-7074521-4551556. He received the consignment on 29-10-2014 but found that the MRP for 1Kg Pigeon Baby Laundry Detergent was printed as Rs.499 on the packet whereas Amazon had charged Rs.775 for the product. He sent a complaint to Amazon.in through their website but there was no response. He posted his complaint with ICF on 04-11-2014 and subsequently got the difference amount by 08-11-2014.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue.
