Refund from Croma:

Refund from Croma: Rohit Gupta of Delhi (rht.gupta13[at]gmail.com) purchased a Camera from Croma retail Online vide Order no SLE002EC0000045. He received the product in a pathetic condition with open seal. It was opened by someone before dispatching. He asked croma to return & refund and after 5 days of continuous calling the Customer Support, the reverse pick up was. As Mr. Gupta already purchased the same product from a different website, he asked for refund. Croma was not willing to refund the money. Mr.Gupta posted his complaint with ICF on 30-10-2013 and finally got his refund on 08-11-2013.
