Refund from Samsung for Samsung Grand 2 – Rs.21,000/-: Mr. Akash Doshi of Mumbai, Maharashtra (akashdoshi009[@]yahoo.in) had persistent complaints with his new Samsung Grand 2. He had made frequent visits and complaints to the service center but still the issue did not get resolved. He posted his complaint with ICF on 06-11-2014 and matter was taken up with Samsung. Replacement of Micromax Mobile – Rs.7,200/-: Mr. Sambuddha Dasgupta of Guwahati purchased one Micromax Q413 mobile on 6 October 2016.
