Refund from Shopclues.com – Rs.848/-: Mrs. Sabahat Sisodia of Dwarka, New Delhi (sabahatsisodia[@]gmail.com) ordered a Blue Tooth headset on 23rd October with shopclues.com but the product was not delivered even after three weeks. She posted her complaint with ICF on 14-11-2014 and the matter was taken up with the portal. Customer got refund by 09-12-2014.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue.
