Refund from Snapdeal – Rs.4,598/-: Mrs. Sangita Poddar, Mumbai got delivery of wrong and defective Whirlpool microwave oven against her order NO.3249201454 18-10-2014. The customer had registered her complaint on the very same day. She was assured that the matter will be resolved but no steps were taken by Snapdeal to resolve the issue. Mrs. Poddar posted her complaint with ICF on 21-01-2015. After rigorous follow-up with Snapdeal and many email exchanges the customer got her money back with some compensation from Snapdeal.
