I used Tikona broadband connection for 3 months Jan 19 to March end. The whole of March i was provided with poor service with no internet connection throughout and me complaining over the issue on the phone. At the end of March they billed me for the month of March by Rs.1200. i declined to pay as didnt receive service and i asked them to end my connection. They didnt end it, rather kept imposing late fee on the outstanding amount and took it to rs.2000.

Today 6th july 2017 they threatened me over the call stating a case has been filed against me in Delhi district court and made me pay rs.4000 incl. 2000 for court documentation. I was forced to pay rs.4000. I was assured that Rs.2000 will be refunded via a cheque which will be sent via post at my address.

I doubt they will send it. please help me recover the amount.
