I need to book tickets from Indore to Mumbai on 15th Nov 15. By mistake I have booked tickets for 14th Nov 15. Ticket has been booked in morning 14th Nov 15.

Just after the ticket has been booked I called up customer care of redbus telling them the situation, I have asked her to shift our date from 14th Nov to 15th Nov, she said it is not possible to shift dates and it is even not possible to cancel the ticket.

Customer care said I can only cancel ticket before 24hrs of journey time. Now when ticket has been booked few hrs before journey then how I can cancel it before.

Even I ddnt take time once I realised that i have done wrong date tickets. Within 30 mins I have done with customer care and also sent mail to redbus support.

I have sent mail on 14th nov 15 and its been more than 2 days I ddnt even get any acknowledge mail form them.

I suggest to please refund the amount. Redbus guys can verify that I have also booked ticket for 15th Nov 15.

Now what about my money. I ddnt travel.
