I started using Tikona’s broadband Internet from 1st February 2015. On the night of June 24th 2015 I realized that my internet is not working and hence I reported the same on 26th June 2015. My customer Id is 1112287789
For over a week there was nothing done by the company to fix the issue and false promises were made to resolve the issue as soon as possible. After a week someone arrived who wasn’t able to fix the internet and said they’ll check from their office if the issue is there. Nobody ever returned after that. I decided to quit on Tikona’s services and sent them a mail regarding discontinuation of service on July 5th 2015. Since then they’ve tried persuading me into not leaving by calling me frequently over a month’s period and everytime I said no to they said they would initiate my cancellation request. They did that on purpose to bill me for coming billing cycles. I’ve mailed them repetitively to ask what is happening and why am I receiving bills but no response has ever come. I would like to state that their services are prepaid and I’ve paid till my cycle that ended on 7th of July. On 8th of September I received an email from Tikona stating that I need to pay Rs 1617.34 as due payment. On my query regarding as how that amount is summed up they sent me mail stating that i have due payment of Rs 2950 from which Rs 1333 approx. were deducted as refund. On further asking over as how the sum of Rs 2950 was calculated I got a reply on 13th September (today) warning me about consequences of not paying the bill and legal action threat.
I would like to report Tikona Digital Networks of being hideous about billing process with very inefficient technical abilities to service their customers.
I demand a strong action to be taken against this kind of behavior and bullying the customers into paying for service they weren’t provided.
I would like them to refund all my bills I paid to them as they done nothing but wasted my time and created troubles in my professional life as Internet is a basic need for my career. I would also like to claim the bills I have paid to use other service because of Tikona’s failure to provide me services
