I bought a new tikona coonection on 8th jun and paid advance rs5130 for six months. but from 29 th of jun im not getting proper connectivity and poor internet speed. i have a 4mps plan but speed im getting is always lower than 1mbps.

I have contacted tikona customer care so many times but every time their answee is that they will resolve the issue within 24 hours. but from last 18 days they havent resloved the problem. sometimes their customer care executives disconnects my call by saying that they are taking me on hold.

I have raised waiver request to their customer care d they replied that I’ll get a mail within 72 hours. there wasn’t any responce from their side even after 3 days regarding bill waiver. so i called them again they said they will manage a call from their their side regardging waiver. and said that ill get a call within 4 5 hours. there was no call even 2 3 days.

So after thid worst experience with tikona i have them cancelation request and refund my remaining monet to me. now they are saying that it will take 15 days to disconnection and then aftee I’ll get the refund, and if i use the Internet in that period my disconnection request will be canceled. the point why they are having such policies which are only in their favour. what do i do in that 15 days i cant get my money back so i cant buy a new connection and i cant even use my current tikona connection which is yet to cancel. if i use it my disconnection request will be canceled.

I want my money back and want tikona to be punished for their worst services and arrogance.
